5 Reasons Why Your Dog Needs This Gut & Immune Supplement
If you've ever been told to "just keep an eye on it" at the vet, you know the feeling: monitoring isn't a plan. KOIRRA Turkey Tail Probiotic+ is the thing you can DO every morning. It pairs 1,000mg of organic turkey tail with 1 billion live cultures in one bacon-flavored scoop, supporting gut balance, a normal immune response† and everyday energy, the systems that matter most for lump-prone and senior dogs.
1. Complete Gut & Immune Support in One Daily Scoop
Here's what most brands won't tell you: dogs can't produce chitinase, the enzyme that breaks down mushroom cell walls, so plain turkey tail powder mostly passes straight through. That's why every KOIRRA scoop pairs the mushroom with 1 billion live cultures, supporting the breakdown and absorption of the beta-glucans while covering daily gut support.† No pills, no wrestling: one bacon-flavored scoop over breakfast is the entire routine.
- Gut Balance Support
- Normal Immune Response†
- Everyday Energy
- Easier Mealtimes
- Picky-Eater Approved
- Senior-Dog Friendly
- No Pills, No Fights
- One Scoop Daily
2. Dog Owners See the Difference at Home
I hear the same story in my consults again and again: the bowl that finally gets finished, the lawn that stops being a salad bar, the afternoon zoomies that come back.†
When the gut gets consistent daily support, you often see it in the small everyday things first. These are the moments KOIRRA owners share with us, and they are why I tell dog parents to stay consistent for the full 90 days.
3. Real Ingredients at Real Doses
No proprietary blends hiding a sprinkle of the good stuff. Every jar lists exactly what your dog gets in every scoop, at doses that make the ingredient worth putting in.
Organic Turkey Tail
A mushroom with centuries of traditional use, naturally rich in beta-glucans. A full 1,000mg per scoop supports gut balance and a normal immune response† as part of your dog's daily routine.
L. acidophilus
The part most brands skip. Dogs can't produce chitinase, the enzyme needed to break down mushroom cell walls, so these live cultures support the breakdown and absorption of the beta-glucans while supporting a balanced gut environment day after day.
Beta-Glucans
The compounds turkey tail is best known for. They occur naturally in every scoop and play a central role in the mushroom's immune-supporting reputation.†
Natural Bacon Flavor
The reason picky eaters think their supplement is a treat. No peanut butter tricks, no pill pockets, no negotiating.
4. A Routine You Can See Working, Week by Week
Daily support builds, it doesn't spike. The most common mistake is skipping days, so we make it easy: one scoop, every breakfast. Here's the honest version of how it goes.
-
Week 1–2: The New Ritual
The scoop becomes part of breakfast. Most dogs take to the bacon flavor immediately, so the routine sticks from day one.
94%of owners say their dog accepted the scoop within the first week*
"She sits by the cupboard waiting for her scoop now."
-
Week 3–4: Settling In
The gut gets its daily rhythm of turkey tail and live cultures. This is when many owners start noticing the small everyday things.†
88%report easier, faster mealtimes by week 4*
"The bowl is empty before my coffee is poured."
-
Week 8–12: Full Routine
Support at its most consistent. Keep it daily and let the 90-day guarantee carry the risk, not you.
91%say they noticed a positive difference in their dog's everyday energy†*
"Jar three just arrived. We're not going back."

5. No Fillers, No Shortcuts, Just What Works
Plenty of pet supplements pad their labels with cheap bulking agents and a token dose of the ingredient on the front. KOIRRA is the opposite: a short label at real doses. Organic fruiting body only, never grain-grown mycelium filler. No artificial colors, no added sugar, no mystery blends. A powder instead of a pill, made in small batches, third-party tested and backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee. Built for daily use, not quick fixes.
-
"Ruby used to inspect her bowl like it owed her money. Now it's empty before my coffee is poured. The bacon smell does the heavy lifting."
Sandra K. -
"My old golden meets me at the gate again. We're on jar three and the routine takes ten seconds a day."
Erin M. -
"Bluey is 12. The afternoon zoomies are back and honestly I wasn't ready. Wouldn't skip a day now."
Dave T. -
"I've binned more half-used dog powders than I'd like to admit. This is the one she actually looks for at breakfast."
